Contour Advanced Systems (CAS) engineers, builds, integrates and maintains containers, vehicles and other systems for CBRN (e.g. Mobile Laboratories) purposes for Hospitals, National Institude for Public Heath (RIVM) and MOD.
Due to Covid-19, CAS build in 1 day, for LUMC Hospital Leiden, a temporary containerized Drive-Inn Covid-19 test-lab for virus testing on location, while final lab is under construction.Containers and vehicles laboratories can be build with compartments divided in three sections separated by airlock doors. The Container/vehicle can operate standalone and can be equipped with Specific Laboratory-equipment, Electrical system (incl UPS), External Connections, Comms/Data-equipment, CO2 and Fire protection equipment, Climate control and Overpressure capacity.
These products requires a combination of 'One Stop' competences during the engineering and construction phases, such as: Mechanical, Electrical, Special Climate, Security and Sheet Metal combined solutions to engineer full (compleet) innovative systems. In addition, specials requires more and more environmental solutions, such as: Smart Energy, NBC (over-pressure), EMC/EMP, Tempest, Shock & Vibrate, Dust and Ballistics. To complete, CAS can act as a Supply Chain Manager, as is required by most of its customers.
Quality Certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, AQAP 2010, Health & Safety (NL-VCA), F-Gas and Technical certificates support the Contour quality strategy. In addition, CAS employees are screened by MOD and CAS has been evaluated by HPE, Lockheed Martin and NL-MOD (ABDO).
