A Quality Assurance (QA) program is implemented encompassing all steps in the operational processes. Contour AS (CAS) pays a lot of attention to quality and continuous improvement. From product creation to product realization, service and delivery.
Specific Quality Assurance employees have been appointed, adhering to prescribed quality control procedures. Quality control can be organized randomly, intermittently, or by means of end-of-line quality analysis. With every quality check, an according quality report is composed. At least as important as the appointed quality department is the attitude towards “in-process” quality of each employee at his or her workplace. Each quality deficiency is registered and analyzed in quality reports, in order to take preventive and corrective action. These reports are composed using strict protocols and communication structures.
Certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, AQAP 2110, Health & Safety (NL-VCA), F-Gas and Technical certificates support the Contour quality strategy. In addition, CAS employees are screened by MOD.
Additional Certification: CAS has been assessed by HPE, Lockheed Martin and NL-MOD (ABDO)
